Working method
The Belgian law of 19/07/1991 regulates the profession of private investigator. Within the limits of these rules we can perform an investigation. Every assignment demands a different approach but almost every investigation starts with gathering of information. This information has its origins in different sources:
- The principal
- The subject
- Witnesses
- Databases
- The Internet
- And others
- Installation of technical equipment such as gps-tracking devices, (hidden) cameras …
- Observations and pursuits
- Interviews
- Visit to neighbourhood
- Statements of specialists
- Pseudo-purchase
- Infiltration
- Computer analysis
- Statements by bailiff
- …
