Know who is going to work for you: is the given résumé complete and correct? We check the educational background and the references of the job-applicant. We verify whether she/he has been in the media and in what way. Does this person appear on the Internet? What is the family and social situation of the applicant? Limit the risks. It is better (and less expensive) to prevent than to cure.
Due Diligence
A company take-over: the figures look promising, but do you know who is behind this company, what the reputation of its managers is, if there is any negative press about the company? Certainly when taking over a foreign company, different questions will remain unanswered. A full background screening can give you a complete profile of the company, its figures and its managers.
